การ Disable Shutdown Event Tracker บน Windows 2003

เวลาจะ Shutdown หรือ Restart เครื่องแต่ละครั้งบน Windows 2003 นั้น หลายคนอาจจะรู้สึกรำคาญ เพราะจะต้องตอบคำถามหลายตลบ กว่าจะไปขึ้นตอนต่อไปได้ เนื่องจาก Windows 2003 นั้น มีการเก็บ Log ไว้สำหรับใช้ในการ Track ปัญหาย้อนหลัง แต่เราสามารถ Disable Shutdown Event Tracker ออกไปได้ครับ

หากเรายังไม่ได้ Disable ออกไป ทุกครั้งที่จะทำการ Shutdown หรือ Restart ก็จะขึ้นหน้าจอนี้ก่อนทุกครั้ง

วิธีการ Disable Shutdown Event Tracker บน Windows 2003

1. ไปที่ Start + Run + พิมพ์คำสั่ง gpedit.msc แล้ว enter

2. จะขึ้นหน้าจอ Group Policy ในช่องด้านซ้ายให้เลือกไปที่ Computer Configuration + System เสร็จแล้วช่องด้านขวาให้เลือก Display Shutdown Event Tracker

3. ต่อมาจะขึ้นหน้าจอ Display Shutdown Event Tracker Properties ให้เลือกไปที่ Disable เสร็จแล้วก็กด OK

4. เมื่อครบถ้วนกระบวนความแล้ว ต่อไปก็จะไปขึ้นหน้าจอให้เรารำคาญอีกต่อไป

ติดตั้ง SNMP บน Windows 2003

SNMP Service บนวินโดส์ เป็น Service ที่ช่วยให้เราสามารถดู Inventory ในเครื่อง ทั้ง Hardware และ Software ลงลึกไปจนถึงโปรแกรมที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในเครื่องด้วยครับ

ผมเองมี Server ที่ต้องดูแลค่อนข้างเยอะ รวมถึง Client เองที่ใช้งาน Windows ทั้งหมดก็ร่วมพัน การที่จะมานั่งเก็บ Inventory ที่ละเครื่องก็แทบจะกระอักเลือด วิธีง่าย ๆ ของผมก็คือติดตั้ง SNMP แล้วก็ใช้โปรแกรมไปดึง Inventory ของเครื่องมาแสดง (โปรแกรมที่ว่านี้มีหลายตัวมาก แต่ขอแนะนำโปรแกรมจากค่าย Manage Engine)

ไปดูขั้นตอนการติดตั้งและปรับแต่ง SNMP Service บน Windows กันดีกว่าครับ

ไปที่ Start | Control Panel | Add Or Remove Programs
เลือก Add/Remove Windows Components
ในหน้าต่าง Windows Components, เลือก Management And Monitoring Tools. (ไม่ควรเลือกทั้งหมดนะครับ เอาเฉพาะที่เราใช้งานเท่านั้นพอ)
ต่อมาก็คลิก Details
เลือก Simple Network Management Protocol
คลิก OK แล้วกลับมาที่หน้า Windows Component
กด Next แล้วก็รอให้ติดตั้งเสร็จ (อาจจะมีการเรียกแผ่น CD Windows 2003)

เท่านี้ก็สามารถใช้งาน SNMP ได้แล้วล่ะครับ โดยส่วนมากแล้วเวลาจะดึง Inventory มานั้น Community String ของ SNMP มักจะตั้งเป็น public | port : 161

ปรับแต่ง SNMP

ไปที่ SNMP Service
ในแถบ Agent จะกำหนดว่าสามารถ Monitor ดูได้ถึงระดับไหน ในตัวอย่างผมเลือกไว้หมด จะสามารถเช็ค Hardware ได้ด้วย
แถบ Security เอาไว้กำหนดค่า Community String โดยค่าเริ่มต้นจะเป็น public เราสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นอะไรก็ได้ ส่วนกรอบสี่เหลี่ยมด้านล่างก็ไว้ใช้สำหรับกำหนดสิทธิ์เครื่องที่จะสามารถ Access เข้ามาใช้งาน

จบแล้วครับสำหรับ SNMP ก็หวังว่า คงจะช่วยลดงานให้ Admin แต่ละท่านได้บ้างนะครับ

ไม่ได้ออนเอ็มนาน วันนี้มาออนปรากฎว่าโดนบังคับให้ดาวน์โหลดเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุด ไม่งั้นจะไม่สามารถเล่นได้ (ผมใช้เวอร์ชั่น 8.0 อยู่ – -) ที่จริงก็รู้สึกว่าใช้แค่นี้ก็ำพอแล้ว เพราะผมไม่ได้ใช้อะไรเลย นอกจากคุย ๆ ๆ แล้วก็คุย แต่ไหน ๆ ก็โดนบังคับแล้วก็อัพเดตหน่อยก็ได้ (วะ)

แต่บางคนอาจจะไม่ใช้วิธีการ Auto Update เพราะอยากจะเก็บไฟล์ไว้ใช้ติดตั้งครั้งต่อไป พอไปโหลดจากเว็บ Windows Live กลับเจอแต่ตัวที่ต้องต่ออินเตอร์เน็ตด้วย เวลาติดตั้ง ผมเองก็เป็นหนึ่งในนั้นครับ ทำเอาหงุดหงิดพอสมควร หาดาวน์โหลดตัวเต็มจากเว็บในเครื่องของ Microsoft ก็ไม่ได้ สาเหตุเพราะ Microsoft เองไม่ได้ปล่อยลิงค์ของตัวเต็มไว้ให้ดาวน์โหลด

วันนี้ไปเจอลิงค์มา คิดว่าคงจะเป็นประโยชน์กับเพื่อน ๆ บ้างเลยเอามาฝากกันครับ

โดยปกติแล้วเวลาเราเปิดใช้งานโปรแกรมสักโปรแกรมบนวินโดส์ เราก็มักจะคลิกที่ start + programs + …. กันใช่มั้ยครับ แต่สำหรับบางคนที่ขี้เกียจ (เหมือนผม – -) ไม่อยากจะคลิกหลาย ๆ ตลบ วันนี้ผมได้รวบรวมคำสั่งในการเรียกโปรแกรมลัดขึ้นมาสำหรับใช้งานบนวินโดส์ครับ การใช้งานเพียงแค่กด start -> run เมื่อขึ้นหน้าต่างที่ไว้สำหรับพิมพ์คำสั่งก็เพียงแต่ พิมพ์คำสั่งเหล่านี้เข้าไป วินโดว์จะทำการเปิดโปรแกรมเป้าหมายให้เราได้เข้าถึงโดยตรงทันที

กู้คืน Icon Show Desktop

หลายคนอาจจะเคยเจอปัญหา Icon Show Desktop สูญหายไปจาก Quick Launch หรือถ้าใครที่ใช้วินโดส์ 2003 จะเห็นว่า Icon นี้ไม่มีมาให้ มาดูเทคนิคง่าย ๆ ที่จะสร้าง Icon ตัวนี้กันครับ

วิธีที่ 1 (สร้างไฟล์ Show Desktop ขึ้นมาเอง) เริ่มต้นที่ Start + Run แล้วพิมพ์ Notepad.exe. หรือกด Start + Programs + Accessories + Notepad ก็ได้ครับ เมื่อเปิด Notedpad ขึ้นมาเสร็จแล้ว ก๊อปปี้คำสั่งด้านล่างนี้ไปวางใน Notepad ได้เลย

[Shell] Command=2 IconFile=explorer.exe,3 [Taskbar] Command=ToggleDesktop

เลือก File Save As เพื่อจะ Save File ชื่อว่า Show Desktop.scf

ในช่อง File Name ตั้งชื่อว่า Show Desktop.scf ในช่อง Save as type: เลือกเป็น All Files เสร็จแล้วจะได้ไฟล์ Show Desktop (ตามรูป) สามารถก๊อปปี้มาวางที่ Quick Launch ได้เลยหรือหากต้องการนำไปใช้กับ User Account อื่น ๆ ก็สามารถก๊อปปี้ไปวางไว้ที่ %userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

วิธีที่ 2 ใช้คำสั่ง regsvr32

เลือก Start + run แล้วพิมพ์คำสั่ง

regsvr32 /n /i:U shell32.dll

เสร็จแล้วกด Enter แค่นี้ Show Desktop Icon ก็จะโชว์พร้อมใช้ทันทีครับ

การติดตั้งวินโดส์ 2003

ถึงแม้จะเป็น OS ที่เกิดมานานแล้ว แต่ก็ต้องยอมรับว่าวินโดส์ตัวนี้ก็ยังคงครองใจ หลาย ๆ สถาบัน แล้วก็ยังมีการใช้งานอย่างแพร่หลายกันอยู่ ด้วยความที่กินทรัพยากรน้อย ใช้งานง่ายไม่ต่างจาก Windows XP สักเท่าไหร่ (ถึงแม้ข้อเสียจะเยอะก็เถอะ) เพราะฉะนั้นแล้ววันนี้มาดูขั้นตอนการติดตั้งวินโดส์ 2003 แบบละเอียดยิบกันดีกว่าครับ

เริ่มแรกบูตเครื่องด้วยแผ่นวินโดส์ 2003 สำหรับ บางเครื่องถ้าใครเครื่องที่เป็น RAID รุ่นใหม่ ๆ วินโดส์อาจจะมองไม่เห็นไดรเวอร์ให้กด F6 ในขั้นตอนนี้ แล้วก็ก๊อปปี้ไดรเวอร์ลงไ้ว้ก่อน (แต่ขั้นตอนนี้นั้นใช้ได้เฉพาะแผ่น Floppy เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้กับ USB หรือ CD ได้)

วินโดส์ก็จะเริ่มก๊อปปี้ไฟล์ที่จะใช้ในการ Setup

เริ่ม ต้นติดตั้งวินโดส์ 2003 หรือหากว่ามีวินโดส์รุ่นก่อนหน้าอยู่แล้วต้องการ Repair ในกด R แต่ในขั้นตอนนี้เราไม่ได้ Repair ก็ให้กด Enter ผ่านไปเลยครับ หรือว่าใครไม่ต้องการทำต่อก็ให้กด F3

ขั้นตอนต่อไปเป็นหน้าต่างเกี่ยวกับลิขสิทธิ์การนำวินโดส์มาใช้งาน (เข้าใจว่าไม่น่าจะมีใครอ่าน) หากตกลงก็กด F8 ผ่านไปได้เลย

เลือก พาร์ติชั่นสำหรับติดตั้ง (หากว่ามีการสร้างพาร์ติชั่นไว้แล้ว) หรือหากไ่ม่มีก็สามารถแบ่งพาร์ติชั่นได้ในขั้นตอนนี้ (กดปุ่ม C เพื่อเป็นการสร้าง พาร์ติชั่นใหม่)

ใน ที่นี้เลือกสร้างพาร์ติชั่น Drive C: ขนาด 4gb สังเกตุดูว่าเมื่อสร้างเสร็จแล้ววินโดส์จะมีการ กันพื้นที่ส่วนหนึ่งไปประมาณ 8MB เพื่อใช้สำหรับเก็บไฟล์ในการใช้งานของวินโดส์ (ตรงนี้อย่าไปแก้ไขมันนะครับ ปล่อยไว้อย่างนี้แหละ)

เสร็จ แล้วก็กด Enter เพื่อเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนต่อไป ซึ่งเป็นการเลือกระบบพาร์ติชั่น จะมีให้เลือกทั้ง NTFS, FAT32 อันนี้ควรจะเลือกเป็น NTFS (ส่วนจะเป็นแบบ Quick หรือไม่นั้นก็แล้วแต่ เพราะไม่มีความแตกต่าง) ปกติเวลาผมทำก็จะเลือกเป็น NTFS แบบ Quick Format เพราะขี้เกียจรอการฟอร์แมตแบบละเีอียด (มันนานนนนน….)

หลังจากฟอร์แมตพาร์ติดชั่นเสร็จแล้ว ต่อไปก็เป็นการก๊อปปี้ไฟล์ที่จะใช้สำหรับติดตั้งทั้งหมด (ใช้เวลาสักพักนึงอ่ะ) เมื่อเสร็จแล้ววินโดส์จะรีสตาร์ทให้อัตโนมัติ หลังจากนั้นจะบู๊ตเข้า Graphic Mode

หน้าจอบูตตอนแรกก็ไม่ต่างจากบูตเข้าวินโดส์ทั่วไป

ขั้น แรกก็จะเริ่มลงไดรเวอร์ก่อน โดยวินโดส์จะเริ่มค้นหา Hardware ที่เราติดตั้งไว้หากวินโดส์มีไดรเวอร์ก็จะติดตั้งให้เอง ตัวไหนไม่เจอก็สามารถไปติดตั้งทีหลังได้

รอ ได้สักพักนึงต่อไปก็เป็นการติดตั้งภาษาเพิ่มเติม ตรงนี้ให้กดปุ่ม Customize ที่แถบ Regional จะมี Drop Down List 2 ช่อง ให้เลือกเป็นภาษาไทยทั้งหมด เสร็จแล้วก็เลือกแถบ Language คลิกที่ช่องแรกไว้เพื่อให้รองรับฟอนต์ภาษาไทย หลังจากนั้นไปที่ช่อง Advance ตรง Drop Down List ให้เลือกภาษาไทย

แถบ Language ครับ ติ๊กถูกช่องแรกไว้ จะมี Font ภาษาไทยลงให้ มันเตือนอะไรก็ไม่ต้องสนครับกด Ok ผ่านไปเลย

ต่อไปก็เป็นการใส่ชื่อเครื่องและชื่อบริษัท อันนี้สุดแล้วแต่จะใส่ครับ

ใส่ CD-Key

ใส่ CAL License ที่เราได้ซื้อไว้ โดยเริ่มต้นแล้ววินโดส์จะใส่ไว้ให้เป็น 5 ตรงนี้ผมมักจะเปลี่ยนเป็น 9999 เพราะเวลา User Login พร้อมกันเยอะ ๆ จะได้ไม่มีปัญหา

ใส่ชื่อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และรหัสผ่านของ Admin

ถ้ากำหนดรหัสผ่านของ Admin ไม่ตรงตามกฎ Complexity ของวินโดส์แล้วก็จะมีเตือนแบบนี้ แต่ก็ไม่เป็นไร สามารถกด OK ผ่านไปได้

เลือกโซนเวลา (สำหรับประเทศไทย ให้เลือกเป็น +7)

แล้วก็จะเป็นการติดตั้ง Network

ถ้าวินโดส์เจอไดรเวอร์ของการ์ดแลน ขั้นตอนนี้ก็จะให้เรา Config IP Address เลย

ใส่หมายเลข IP Address กันได้เลย

ตั้งค่า Workgroup

หาก ต้องการให้เป็น Domain member ก็เลือก Join Domain ครับ แต่ต้องเสียบสายแลนให้เรียบร้อยก่อน (แต่ตรงนี้แนะนำว่า มา Join Domain ทีหลังดีกว่านะ)

ต่อไปก็รออีกเหมือนเดิมครับ วินโดส์ก็จะเริ่มก๊อปปี้ไฟล์สารพัด หลังจากก๊อปปี้เสร็จ วินโดส์จะรีสตาร์ทเครื่องอัตโนมัติ

กด Ctrl + Alt + Del เพื่อ Login เข้าสู่วินโดส์

เสร็จแว้ววววว!!!
